I love 10 Wayne Ave because it's a lovely house, on a quiet, street, within walking distance to the train, downtown Ipswich, and parks. We can go for a great hike or mountain bike ride in the woods in the morning, then spend the rest of the day at Crane beach.

The neighborhood is very kid friendly and safe. The neighbors are great...friendly, helpful, and quiet. Our kids play together all the time. People feel safe letting their children roam freely from yard to yard. Even our dogs play together!

The house has been perfect for our family. The open floor plan creates a nice flow and allows for lots of activities and socializing in one big space. The third floor has had many uses over the years: extra storage, guest bedroom, playroom, and child's bedroom. The big driveway is a great place to learn how to ride a bike. The back yard is a nice open space which feels private, because of the trees in the back.
