Specific to our home: The location is ideal for traveling to Boston with easy connections to NYC by train. We have a short walk to downtown restaurants and shops yet the site has a nice aspect of privacy due to the abutting non-buildable/ protected land behind the house. There is plenty of room in the yard for pets and kids and a vegetable garden (tho we don't have one this year). Birds love this yard as well with a wide variety stopping by year-round to visit and taunt our cats. The occasional deer will wander through as well.
