If we weren't moving out of state to be closer to family, we'dprobably never move from our home at 50 Topsfield Road in Ipswich - our plan was to stay here forever! We're spoiled here for so many reasons:  the private, peaceful, large lot, which has been perfect for our family, the 5 minute drive to two beaches, a quick walk to all of the shops and restaurants that Ipswich has to offer, and the train station right around the corner. It is a fantastic commuting location to both routes 1 and 128.

We've worked hard to create an open, spacious home with neutral colors and lots of character and charm. For those with kids and/or pets, the fenced in yard is safe, convenient and private. Town water and sewer and a large lot give it perfect potential for expansion, if needed.

Every season here is enjoyable: in the summer, we've loved our mornings grabbing coffee at the local coffee shop, sandwiches from the green grocer, and heading to the beach for a day of relaxation. Stopping at the orchard on the way home for an ice cream and fresh fruit and vegetables....grilling and dining on our deck, and ending the night toasting marshmallows on our backyard fire pit has been wonderful. Concerts at Castle Hill, boating with friends - the list goes on.

Fall here is beautiful - a great time to visit the orchard for hot cider donuts and Appleton farms for fresh milk and the many activities available year round. We'll miss the convenience of our annual winter train ride to Boston for a day of shopping on Newbury and a night at the Nutcracker...and all of the sledding nearby! Spring has been my favorite here, when the trees and flowers bloom and we can start bikerides at the nearby trails. This has been a cozy and happy home for us and we hope it will be for the next owners, as well. Enjoy!
